Jun 19, 2020 · Hi all, I have a 1995 Cincinnati Avenger 250T lathe with an Acramatic 850SX control. When I turn it on it requires an initialization, but I don't know how to do it, I don't have the operation manual, if I press master start again it alarms and display INITIALIZE CHUCK JAWS. Jul 8, 2016 · Hello, I inherited an old clunker of a machine, it's a Cincinnati Sabre 750 with the Acramatic 850 control. It has its quirks, but lately we have run into a pretty drastic problem. Every time the control has to display any kind of message, for example, overtravel, program not synced, forget to close the door, etc. it displays "SYSTEM FAIL 08" and the servos all shut off.

Oct 5, 2010 · I have a Acramatic 850 control that refuses to communicate via serial port that I have been called in to look at. Cable between PC and machine is tested and is good. Running a full handshake cable which we can get perfect communications on between a laptop and the desktop PC intended to communicate with this CNC.
